Bhakra Nangal Dam – Height 226 m (741 ft) | Reservoir Capacity: 7,501,775 acre·ft
As you can see from figures above, Tehri is tallest while Bhakra clearly has more capacity than Tehri, so it is considered one of the largest dam.
